Chris Jennewein

iOS Developer and Game Producer

Chris Jennewein (Producer/Programmer) holds a Masters in Game Production and Management from the University of Advancing Technology and a BA in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University. As an iOS developer since 2009, Chris has released apps from a variety of spaces, including education, sports, and games. He is the Co-Founder of the studio Prismatic Games. Their first title, Hex Heroes, was crowdfunded through Kickstarter in 2014, exceeding its $80,000 goal. Hex Heroes will be initially released on Wii U and PC.

Chris is a lead mobile developer for U-Haul’s enterprise effort, overseeing iOS, Android, and Web development. He manages over ten projects with a team of up to ten. He is responsible for maintaining iOS frameworks and the effort to update Objective-C apps to Swift. As U-Haul is primarily a Microsoft house, he conducts task management and iteration planning through Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Chris is the Chief Technology Officer for Parking Dude, an iOS and Android app that aids parking in Hoboken, New Jersey. As the original iOS developer for Parking Dude in 2014, he continues to advise and develop. Chris is passionate about helping others through technology, making apps and games that promote inclusivity and accessibility. Apps like Parking Dude can make our lives easier, free up more time, and help us do our jobs better.
